Your Health and Safety

Your safety is paramount to us when you visit Queens Square. One of our fully trained security and customer services officers is always on hand and CCTV covers every angle of Queens Square. You should feel a warm welcome so that you can relax and enjoy your shopping trip. you’ll be free of those bikes, skateboards and roller skates. Alcohol isn’t permitted on site, and nor are dogs (except guide dogs)

First Aid

Every one of our Security Customer Service Officers is also a fully qualified First Aider, and is defibrillator trained.
