Free Wifi
Surf whilst your shop and enjoy free Wi-Fi at Queens Square Shopping Centre.
Toilets
Our public toilets, disabled toilets and Parent & Child facilities are located on Mall 3 towards the Management Suite. The public toilets here at the centre are turnstille operated with a small fee of £0.20p to access.
Customer Care Team
Our friendly Customer Care Team are responsible for the security, maintenance and cleanliness of the centre. Members of the team can be found around the centre and will be happy to assist with any queries.
Parent & Child Facilities
Disabled and Parent & Child facilities are free by using the access intercom as signposted. These facilities are state of the art after undergoing major investment to improve our service to you.
Shop Mobility
The nearest Shopmobility services are located within New Square Shopping Centre where you will be able to pick up a scooter or wheelchair (manual and electric models). All the doors within our centre are automatic with lifts and escalators to transport you between levels where necessary.
Lifts & Escalators
Lifts and escalators are located within the Mall 2 entrance lobby towards New Square to take customers to New Square.
Cash Machines
The nearest cash machine can be found just outside the Mall 2 entrance towards New Square at The Post Office. Other cash machines can be found on the High Street. Exit Queens Square at Mall 4 and turn right on to the High Street, here you will find the majority of major banks.
